The president Ding Qiang of the Tian Wei Group and President ANANDAM of Indian Greenergy Company were signing the Memorandum of Understanding
From July 18 to 26, the president and party secretary Ding Qiang of Tianwei Group visited Netherlands, Germany, Greece and Albania. They negotiated cooperation of wind power, amorphous solar cells and 600MW thermal power plant projects. In Netherlands, Mr. Ding has made several rounds of negotiations with the Nestor Company and VWEC Company of Netherlands, the SSP Company of Denmark, the GI Company of Indian, and he has also signed an amended version of the "Memorandum of Understanding" with the delegates of the Indian GI company.
        In Tirana , the capital of Albanian, Mr. Ding held talks with government officials of Albania. He introduced the power substation and industries and the new energy industries. He also talked about the development of the industries situation and the prospects of large power transformers and solar photovoltaic products in the market performance. Ding Qiang said that Tianwei Group and the electricity bureau of Albania has a very friendly and cooperative relation, the group’s products in Albania have a good reputation, and contributed to the construction of the electricity bureau of Albania. Ding Qiang hoped to cooperate with Greece ITA Company (one of the Albania subsidiary companies), and to provide the design, equipment manufacture, and installation and construction for Heliocol Thermal power plant in Albania.
         Albanian government officials were all pleased that the Chinese enterprises invest in Albania, and they also expressed they would support the project that Tian Wei Group and ITA jointly constructed Heliocol 600MW thermal power plant in Albania. The delegation of Ding Qiang were also discussed about the cooperation framework agreement of the 3MW wind mill generator’s development with ITA.
         In Germany, Ding Qiang had visited the laboratory of Curie Institute and comprehended the amorphous solar cell technology and the laboratory results of the latest study. He said that he was willing to do co-operation with the Curie Institute in amorphous solar cells field.
        Ding Qiang had carried on a new energy talk with the companion of the officers of Tianwei Wind Power Technology Company in Europe. (Reported by Li Tao and Lu zhiping)
